Nope not just you! Glad you brought this up in here. That was my fault!

Long story short - I was attempting to fiddle around with the SSL earlier this afternoon in an attempt to enable the SSL feature on the server and in the process I completely fudged up some of the server settings. Oops!

Everything should be back up and functioning now. If you guys encounter any issues please report them asap. Admittedly this did take a good few hours to fix whatever screw up I made earlier.

    My bad!

Just a really quick heads up in here to everyone for early this week!

While I don't anticipate there to be any site issues this week, but as you folks already know by now there is a large hurricane (Irma) ripping through the southeastern part of the country right now.

It's entirely possible due to the heavy rain + winds that we may experience some intermittent power outages around here tomorrow and Tuesday, thus potentially bringing the site offline for however amount of time.

If this should occur at any time early this week, know that this is the reason!

Don't want you guys thinking that I pulled the plug on the site or anything. :p

The storm is expected to make a more westerly turn over to Tennessee sometime tomorrow, so my area should only just see some rain and a little wind but nothing too serious to cause much issues.

Anyway, I'm hopeful that we don't experience too much in the way of downtime (if any at all) this week. Keeping my fingers crossed! :)

Cy, just want to let you know that I had hard time loading the site at around 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm Eastern time today. It is working fine now though. Not a big deal, but I guess it doesn't hurt to let you know ;)

I actually had the same issue, thought it may have just been my connection at first.

apologies for the that glitch last night fellas ... i was working on adding some new pages to the site (see screenshot below) which i'm happy to say was a success!

as you guys know i'm a pretty huge fan of finviz, but i just really hate having to link stuff here which forces people to exit the site in order to access the pages there. so, what i've essentially done here is eliminate that "open page to new browser" action. now you guys can easily access all of the cool features and content from finviz w/o having to leave this site!

for instance, if you simply click on one of those 5 links that i've added to the navigation bar on the top (the red arrows in the screenshot below) it will bring you each of those pages from finviz respectively while still being connected to TSMF! it's simply using the "iframe" function to achieve this which seems to work really well.

go ahead and give it a try and let me know what y'alls think!

thx @stock1234 i appreciate that. yeah definitely do let me know how it all works out for you! i would really be interested to know! :)

i wasn't really a big fan of tradingview's stock screener widget so i needed to can that, and i really wanted to integrate finviz into this site. finviz doesn't have website widgets so i thought why not just use the iframe function to integrate the pages into TSMF. seems to have done the trick pretty well. :D

the difference between having the link to finviz and the iframe function is this - with a link you click on it and it takes you out of this site i didn't like that.

now with the iframe function, you can view the finviz pages without having to leave TSMF! it's like viewing finviz within TSMF. :p

anyway, if you can get a chance i'll be interested to know how it works for you. hopefully there are no glitches, but if you find any let me know. thx again! ;)
