I was hoping to get some info on a question about a stock ownership question.

I recently found 100 shares of common stock that I had from a company, which I worked for years ago. About 10 years ago, this company was purchased in full by another company and became a wholly owned subsidiary of that company.

What becomes of my shares? I was never paid for them when the company was purchased. How can I redeem them and what price should I receive?

10 years is a long time. I would talk to an attorney about it. Your shares should have been converted over to the new company, but since you never received a notice to sell or convert your shares to the new company, it might take an attorney to make them pay up. :hmm:

    Hello and welcome
I would like to ask out of curiosity whether and how the share issue was resolved?
